I ordered a few parts and, to my surprise, they actually shipped out really fast. The box showed up earlier than I was expecting, and everything was fine. it was nice to have something go smoothly for once

I used the vehicle compatibility info before ordering a few parts for my F-150, and it helped a lot. Most of it matched up good and saved me from just guessing lol. One item could of used clearer notes, but overall it worked out fine

The tracking wasn’t exactly impressive, updates showed up late and didn’t really match what was happening. I guess it eventually got the job done, which is more than I can say for some tracking systems, but it definitely could’ve been more accurate

My order arrived with a part damaged from shipping, which was a little frustrating, but their support team got back to me really fast. They sent out a replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, if that makes sense. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

I was browsing stage3motorsports.com for a few parts, and to be fair, the site was easy to navigate and everything was laid out well. But once I started comparing prices, a few items seemed noticeably higher than what I found on other sites.
I wouldn’t say the experience was bad overall, but for the amount I was planning to spend, I was hoping for better deals or at least stronger price matching. I ended up ordering from somewhere else this time.

I’ll be honest, I was a little worried I’d end up getting fooled by the hype, but the ride really does feel noticeably smoother now. It’s still a bit on the firm side, just not harsh like before.

"Return wasn’t the headache I expected"
I had to return a part because I ordered the wrong one for my truck, and I was expecting it to be a pain. Usually returns mean a bunch of clicking around, confusing instructions, or having to contact support, but the return page was straightforward.

I printed the label, boxed everything back up, and sent it out the next day. I was kind of waiting for something to go sideways, like no update or a delayed refund, but they emailed me when it arrived and the money came back faster than I thought it would.

It wasn’t anything amazing or over-the-top, but that’s fine with me. I just didn’t want a hassle after already ordering the wrong part, and thankfully it was smooth enough that I’d use Stage 3 again

The site itself works fine, but I was disappointed with the aftermarket brand selection. A few parts I normally buy from other places weren’t even available. On top of that, the way my order was handled felt kind of careless, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now, i still have mixed feelings. There are things I like enough that I keep coming back, which probably says something, but it’s not always perfect. Still, here I am again, so clearly it’s doing something right.

"Parts quality was a little underwhelming"
I ordered a few parts from Stage 3 Motorsports, and yeah, I was kind of let down by the quality. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but the parts themselves didn’t really feel like what I expected for the price. One had some rough edges, and another just didn’t fit as cleanly as I thought it would. They’re not awful or anything, just not as solid as I was hoping.

The listing said it would fit my vehicle, but I kind of had a feeling it wasn’t right, and sure enough, it didn’t fit at all. Ended up having to return it, which was annoying.

My order went through without any problem, but after that I really didn’t get much info. I ended up checking on it myself to figure out what was happening, and it took a while before the status was clear. It wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the communication was better so I wasn’t left guessing. 3 stars for now.

"Tech support didn’t give me the usual runaround"
I had a fitment question before I ordered, and I was ready for the usual vague answers like they’re hiding the secret manual in a bunker somewhere. But the tech guy actually explained everything clearly and didn’t make it weird or complicated. No runaround, no guessing game, just straight help. Made the install a lot less confusing than I expected

"Good updates while I waited"
My part ended up being on backorder, so it took longer than I was hoping. Stage 3 did keep me updated though, and they answered my email quick. It would’ve been nice to know about the delay before I ordered, but overall it was handled fine and I got my stuff in the end.

I was able to find the parts I needed, so the site does its job. The filters were literally annoying at times though, and it made the whole process feel a bit clunky
